About The “Associa” Data Market: Data Stocks Inc will broker and rent out the user’s Associa Authorized Data Points in order to convert data into money. Associa is the industry leader in property management for community associations, who serve nearly 4 million homeowners every day. With devices, applications, and session, the users within the Associa networks can generate geolocation data and home owner information, such as types of property dimensions, purchases, geolocation, purchase prices, history, shares, durations, frequency of use, demographic data, keywords, carrier information, history, clicks, device type, and other data points of interest.

Business Purpose: Home ownership habits and geolocation activities can help businesses understand their customers, their competitors’ customers, and future customers. With these Authorized Data Points, businesses can determine if the users within the Associa networks can be a strategic marketing channel, business insights, and research area of interest to consider and/or forecast growth trends.

Time & Delivery: Data Stocks Inc will broker and rent out the user’s Authorized Data Points within the Associa within in order to convert data into money for a contractual period of 180 days, which equivalent of a 6-month contract. During this period, the user’s Associa Authorized Data Points will be extracted and placed in a data rental platform where the requesting business or businesses use Big Data techniques and Business Intelligence (BI) software to view the data, without the ability to download that data for the user’s safety.

The demographic data of the user and their associates in the applications, sessions, and/or interactions within the Associa network
Keywords
The Keywords and sentences used to trigger and activate the Search Engines to produce Search Engine Page Results (SERPs) within the Associa network.
Type of Purchases
The types of purchases that the user makes during any session, application, and/or interaction within the Associa network.
Times of Purchase
The times of purchases that the user makes during any session, application, and/or interaction within the Associa network.
Types of Businesses
The types of businesses that the user interacts with during any session, application, and/or interaction within the Associa network.

Friends & Followers	The number and activities of Friends and associates within the user in any session, application, and/or interaction within the Associa network.
Posts and Shares	Posts, Shares or messages created and/or distributed in any session, application, and/or interaction within the Associa network.
Clicks	The clicks that the user inputs and the analysis produced in any session, application, and/or interaction within the Associa network.
Carrier Information	The carrier information required to receive and produce data and/or calls in any session, application, and/or interaction within the Associa network.
Device Type & Mode	The device, mode, and/or operating system that user used in any session, application, and/or interaction within the Associa network.

BANNED DATA POINTS

First Name/s
The First Name of the user or associated contacts in any session, application, and/or interaction within the Associa network will not be shared nor displayed in a rental environment. If Associa is the originating company and already has the information, the First Name is subject to Associaâ€™s Privacy Statement and Terms and Conditions. Associa must agree to be audited and monitored by Data Stocks Inc. If First Name becomes an issue, Data Stocks Inc retains the right to OPT-OUT users until Associa complies.
Last Name/s
The Last Name of the user or associated contacts in any session, application, and/or interaction within the Associa network will not be shared nor displayed in a rental environment. If Associa is the originating company and already has the information, the Last Name is subject to Associaâ€™s Privacy Statement and Terms and Conditions. Associa must agree to be audited and monitored by Data Stocks Inc. If Last Name becomes an issue, Data Stocks Inc retains the right to OPT-OUT users until Associa complies.
Email/s
The Email of the user or associated contacts in any session, application, and/or interaction within the Associa network will not be shared nor displayed in a rental environment. Phone Number/s
The Phone Number of the user or associated contacts in any session, application, and/or interaction within the Associa network will not be shared nor displayed in a rental environment. If Associa is the originating company and already has the information, the Phone Number is subject to Associaâ€™s Privacy Statement and Terms and Conditions. Associa must agree to be audited and monitored by Data Stocks Inc. If Phone Number becomes an issue, Data Stocks Inc retains the right to OPT-OUT users until Associa complies.
Social Security
If a Social Security of a user or contact is found in any session, application, and/or interaction within the Associa network, then it will be deleted upon detection and it will not be shared nor displayed in a rental environment. If Associa is the originating company and already has the information, the Social Security is subject to Associaâ€™s Privacy Statement and Terms and Conditions. Associa must agree to be audited and monitored by Data Stocks Inc. If Social Security becomes an issue, Data Stocks Inc retains the right to OPT-OUT users until Associa complies.
Pornographic Material
BROKERING: If Pornographic Material is found in any userâ€™s any session, application, and/or interaction within the Associa network, then it will be deleted upon detection and it will not be shared nor displayed in a rental environment. CONSENT: If Associa is the originating company and already has the information, then Data Stocks Inc requires Associa to immediately delete any Pornographic Material related to the user. If Pornographic Material becomes an issue, Data Stocks Inc retains the right to OPT-OUT users until Associa complies.
Physical Address/es
BROKERING: The Physical Address of the user or associated contacts in any session, application, and/or interaction within the Associa network will not be shared nor displayed in a rental environment. CONSENT: If Associa is the originating company and already has the information, the Physical Address is subject to Associaâ€™s Privacy Statement and Terms and Conditions. Associa must agree to be audited and monitored by Data Stocks Inc. If Physical Address becomes an issue, Data Stocks Inc retains the right to OPT-OUT users until Associa complies.

Passwords	BROKERING: If Passwords are found in any userâ€™s any session, application, and/or interaction within the Associa network, then they will be deleted upon detection and they will not be shared nor displayed in a rental environment. CONSENT: If Associa is the originating company and already has the information, the Passwords is subject to Associaâ€™s Privacy Statement and Terms and Conditions. Unfiltered Content	BROKERING: If Unfiltered Content is found in any userâ€™s any session, application, and/or interaction within the Associa network, then it will be deleted upon detection and it will not be shared nor displayed in a rental environment.
